The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports that 34.1% of Americans over the age of 65 experience limitations in their usual activity due to chronic conditions. These people have special health concerns as they age with a disability. The following is a list of resources that have been developed for those who are aging with a disability.

Healthy Aging for Older Adults - This site contains information on the population increase in Americans over 65 years of age.
